Yes, you can. Whilst every effort will be made to meet requests for specific pitches, no guarantee can be given especially during High Season. Please help us by booking your preferred pitch well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Pitches are available from 1.00pm on day of arrival. If you arrive before 1pm we will do our best to get you onto your pitch earlier, but we can’t guarantee.

If you are planning to arrive after 5.00pm mid-season or 6.00pm high season, we ask that you let us know as we will be waiting for your arrival. There is an overnight arrivals area by the entrance/barrier if you are unable to arrive before 9.00pm.

Pitches must be vacated by 11am, however in low season depending on availability you may stay on the pitch for £10.00 up to 2.00pm or up to 6.00pm for 50% of your daily pitch fee. Please contact reception for details.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking or choose to leave the park before your booked departure date for whatever reason including weather conditions, no refund or credit will be given. Please make sure you have your own cancellation insurance.

Once a child is 16 years old, they are classed as an adult.

We welcome dogs on Home Farm and have an extensive dog walk (see park map). There is a small charge of £2.50 per dog and we ask them to be always kept on a lead, cleaned up after and exercised in the designated areas. There is a restriction on certain breeds, please refer to our booking conditions for more information. Max 3 dogs per pitch.

If you wish to make a group booking, please phone us to discuss your group requirements. We do not take large group bookings.

Yes, you can have a supermarket delivery, please meet them by the barrier between 9am to 6pm only.

Unfortunately, we do not allow open fires e.g. firepits.

Yes, barbeques are permitted. All we ask is that they are raised from the ground so that they do not burn the grass. We can loan stands for disposable types (£10.00 refundable deposit). Please ask at Reception.

There are free hairdryers in each shower block that are available for use.

Showers are free and no tokens are required.

We do! There are two EV Charging points available for use. Please see our Park Plan or ask at Reception.

Only 1 car per pitch is allowed. Additional cars to use parking areas (see Park Plan).

We have a Launderette with two washing machines, two tumble driers and ironing board. They are both coin operated. An Iron is available from Reception free of charge. Washing powder tablets are available to purchase from our Reception/Shop.

We have free Wi-Fi at Home Farm. You can get coverage all over the site however some areas have a stronger signal strength than others.

We only accept Debit card or Bacs payments for holiday bookings.
